Welcome Frank Heckman
Frank joined Pegasus in July as our Co-Managed Services Director. Frank previously ran Hybrid IT Group, based in Wyomissing. Frank focuses on clients with about 200-1,000 people using computers who are typically subject to regulations and compliance like HIPAA and require top-notch security in multiple offices. Our co-managed clients have an internal IT staff and we provide select services and subject matter expertise to make their lives easier.
We’ve also hired a few new technicians and we will introduce them after they complete our tech training program and their onboarding is complete.
