Matt: Hello everyone. Welcome to another episode of CEO and Meet the Staff. Today we have Dan with us. Good morning, Dan.

Dan Myers: Good morning.

Matt: So Dan, I just saw that the notification came out that you’ve been with us now for about six months. So thank you and great job. And happy to have you here. So, yes. I want you to take a minute to tell us a little bit about yourself.

Dan: Well, my name is Dan Myers. I’m originally from Ocean City, New Jersey. I met my wife and then we moved to Pennsville, New Jersey, which is closer to Delaware bridge. And between that I’ve worked at a high school. An IT for close to 10 years. Before that, I helped run an internet café when they were a thing. And I’ve done concrete [crosstalk]. And I’ve done concrete my whole life, so I’m not shy from hard work.

Matt: Good. Well, we’re happy to have you as I said. So, all right. So we’re going to dive into the question part. And as you’re probably aware, these questions are provided by your peers so you can’t hold me responsible for any of them.

Dan: Okay.

Matt: We’re going to dive in and have a little fun. And do your best today answering. So we’ll kick it off. If you got to choose a song that would play every time you entered a room. What song would you pick?

Dan: Mr. Brightside.

Matt: All right. Good. The artist of that is?

Dan: Is that Google Fit?

Matt: Yeah, I think that’s right. Good.

Dan: I think so.

Matt: How many pizzas would you say? You consume in a year?

Dan: Oh man. Over 50.

Matt: Wow. So almost what one a week, right?

Dan: One every other week. Yes, it would be something like that. Yes

Matt: Fine. Cool. Do you have an animal spirit guide? If so, what kind of animal is it?

Dan: Oh man. An otter. Because they are just the most relaxed. Floating in the. water, not caring about anything.

Matt: True. Do you have any pets at home?

Dan: I used to have a white German shepherd. And we lived in a tiny apartment. So just after, he was 11 years old at that time. So at that time, it was one of those that he needed to go to a better home. Somewhere that could actually let him run around.

Matt: Got it. Right out the pasture so to say.

Dan: Yes. Yes.

Matt: Good. If you were to put a band together, what would you name it?

Dan: Oh.

Matt: That’s a tough one.

Dan: The Sandy Toes. I grew up the beach. So I love the beach.

Matt: Yes. The beach in the ocean is a great place. I agree. Which is why I love in this area. It’s so close.

Dan: Yes.

Matt: What’s the strangest thing in your wallet?

Dan: I have a three leaf clover from Ireland. That’s in a press. And it’s like, a good luck from father to son. But my wife and I are convinced that it’s bad luck. Because that’s all we get. It’s bad luck, not good luck. But…

Matt: You may want to take it out for a little bit and see if…

Dan: Yes. Yes.

Matt: All right. What’s the most impressive event you’ve ever attended?

Dan: Probably when I was younger, I went to like 2004 Warped Tour. And it was like all anti-racism. And it was just a lot of fun.

Matt: Oh good. That’s probably need some more of that in the world today. So good.

Dan: Yes.

Matt: How did they decide which Earth pole is on top?

Dan: I have no idea.

Matt: I don’t even know how to answer that one to be honest. They flipped the coin.

Dan: Yes.

Matt: If you want an all-expense-paid trip to anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Dan: Japan. Because I love the culture and the art. So 100%.

Matt: Food’s not bad either from what I hear.

Dan: Yes.

Matt: Excellent. I’m with you on that one. I’ve been trying to get there pre-covid. I was scheduled to go right when covid hit.

Dan: Oh man. That sucks.

Matt: Yes, we’ll get there one day. I hope. Which would win in a 50 meter dash, a mongoose or a giraffe?

Dan: Probably a mongoose. I feel like the giraffe need some momentum built up.

Matt: Right. And it might just hang out eating leaves in the tree.

Dan: Yes.

Matt: That’s a good one. All right. Last one here. And it’s kind of fitting when we get some snow flurries today. Which is your favorite season?

Dan: Fall. Because it’s like sweatshirt weather. It’s not too hot, it’s not too cold. And it’s like perfect sit around a campfire.

Matt: Cool. Yes, you can still be outside without getting too cold. So good.

Dan: Yes.

Matt: Well Dan, thanks so much. Again thanks for being part of the Pegasus team here. And sharing a little bit of a little bit about yourself with all of our fans out there. So we’ll end with that. And have a wonderful day. And a wonderful rest of your week. And happy holidays.

Dan: You too. Thank you so much.

Matt: Thank you.
