Meet the Team

Pegasus has 22 employees, 15 of which are seasoned systems administrators and we invite you to get to know all about them. Other employees include live dispatchers, technical account managers, a technical service manager, a systems and infrastructure manager, and a managed services department dedicated to monitoring telemetry and performing system maintenance, all organized to deliver the best possible client service experience. We do not use subcontractors. Calls to our office during business hours are answered by live Pegasus employees, and we welcome tours of our facilities and meetings in our conference rooms.
