Matt has spent more than a decade working in IT, supporting clients in fast-paced, high-demand environments. His background gives him the ability to quickly assess issues, communicate clearly, and deliver solutions that keep businesses moving.
Originally from Chester County and now based in Maryland, Matt still proudly represents his Pennsylvania roots. (Yes — that includes being a dedicated Philly sports fan.)

One thing you’ll quickly notice about Matt is that he’s focused. He approaches every task with professionalism and intensity. At work, he’s all business — committed to solving problems efficiently and building trust with clients and teammates alike.
That dedication shows in how he handles support tickets, client conversations, and internal collaboration. Reliability matters in IT, and Matt delivers it consistently.
Beyond the Help Desk
While Matt is serious about his work, there’s more to him than technical expertise.
He’s an accomplished bass player, a member of a local cigar club, and someone who appreciates winding down after a long day with good food and good company. His competitive spirit even extends to snowboarding — though he’ll be the first to admit that skipping a snowboard strap-in wasn’t his best decision.
And if you ever catch him with a perfectly neutral expression, don’t worry — he’s not upset. That’s just his natural game face.
