In this episode of Meet the Employee with the CEO, Matthew Tucker sits down with
Matthew Bouch, a recent addition to Pegasus’ Managed Services team. Having joined just over a month ago
in a growth-focused role, Matthew shares his background, interests, and what excites him most about working at Pegasus.
Matthew grew up in Delaware and studied computer science in Indiana before returning home. He shared that his passion
for problem-solving naturally led him to a career in technology. Computers, he explained, allow him to combine logical
thinking with creativity—something he truly enjoys.
When asked a few lighter questions submitted by coworkers, Matthew revealed that he’s definitely a night owl, prefers
video games and movies for a perfect day off, and is a proud cat owner. His two cats, Austin and Aspen, even have
stories behind their names—including one inspired by Taylor Swift.
Matthew also admitted to having an impressive (and possibly excessive) knowledge of Dungeons & Dragons, favoring
the wizard class—specifically a bladesinger wizard. If he ever hit the $1.6 billion lottery, his plan would be simple:
take care of family and friends, give generously to charities, and still enjoy a great place to live.
