Pegasus Technologies announced this month it has acquired Wyomissing-based Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) Hybrid IT Group. Hybrid IT supports clients with about 200-1000 people who are typically subject to HIPAA regulations and need top-notch data security in their multiple offices. Like Pegasus, Hybrid IT Group works with clients to understand their business plan and introduce technology solutions that facilitate business goals, improve employee experience, and increase productivity.
Frank Heckman from Hybrid IT is excited about the acquisition, saying, “Pegasus is awesome. Matt has built a great team of driven, smart individuals.
