As we bid farewell to another year, marking Pegasus Technologies’ remarkable 20th year in business, I find it fitting to reflect on our achievements and offer a glimpse into the upcoming year.
The past year has been exciting for Pegasus and our clients as we collectively navigated the ever-evolving landscape of technology compliance, cloud services, and cyber threats. Throughout, our commitment to the success of our businesses remained steadfast.
Over the last 12 months, the Pegasus team seamlessly handled more than 19,000 client support requests, consistently meeting our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with an impressive 95.75% adherence.
Among our accomplishments, we successfully completed 57 client projects, with 15 involving the migration from on-premises servers to a comprehensive Cloud environment.
While achieving these admirable support statistics, we proudly maintained a stellar 98.9% Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and expanded our staff by 23%.
To better serve our clients we made many significant investments to advance our technology model and services to elevate our clients’ customer experience and their organizations’ safety. We transitioned to a new Remote Management platform, migrated to an Endpoint Detection and Response solution from traditional antivirus, and introduced comprehensive network penetration testing services, all backed by the launch of an industry-leading document management solution.
Furthermore, we inaugurated a new level of fixed-fee service that delivers 24/7/365 support. This year’s productivity has fortified Pegasus, enabling us to build a robust foundation for delivering top-notch support and customer experiences to small and medium-sized organizations across our service area.
As we step into 2024, we are thrilled to announce the inception of a new division within our company—Co-Managed IT Services. The Co-Managed team will provide help desk support, project management, Level 3 escalation support, and managed technology and security services to the in-house IT departments of small to medium enterprises.
