Letter From Our CEO – January 2023

I want to start off by wishing all of you a Happy New Year! May your success continue into 2023.

At Pegasus, 2023 marks a new milestone. This year we will be celebrating our 20th anniversary. It has been an amazing journey, and I thank all current and past staff and clients for being a part of it.

As we begin planning our future for the next 20, we as a company sat down and revisited our Core Values. After numerous meetings and discussions, we have identified the perfect words to define what it is to be a Pegasus employee. They are…

Attitude – Flexibility – Empathy – Respect – Integrity

These five words define us at our core. They are what makes us tick and what drives us. These simple yet complicated words describe what each of us brings to work daily.

Attitude is… How we handle adversity. In technology, things don’t always go as planned. Computers appear to have other plans, no matter how much planning and research goes into a project or support request. Keeping a positive attitude at times like these is key to a successful outcome.

Flexibility is…. Being able to juggle numerous responsibilities. Adjusting to our client’s needs quickly and efficiently. Having the flexibility to switch gears immediately from remotely supporting a client to rolling the truck to be onsite.

Empathy… treating every client, every one of their employees and every support request as if it were our own. We get that we are a critical component for allowing our clients to do business with their clients and empathize when technology failure interrupts business. We understand the impact of outages and the importance of response times.

Respect… From the moment you email the support team or call our office, to the final check out with the technician confirming your request has been handled to your satisfaction, you feel the respect. We respect that your time if valuable, we respect you as a client, as a person and we respect our partnership. Respect goes beyond just our staff’s interaction with our clients. It runs deep within our walls as well. It can be seen everywhere in how we treat, support, mentor, lead, and protect our fellow workmates every day.

Integrity… This is the last core value and the foundation on which all other stands. Integrity – The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. The state of being whole and undivided. The condition of being unified, unimpaired, or sound in construction. Dependability, Loyalty, Honesty, Good Judgement, and Respect.

As we all forge forward into the New Year and interact with each other, I ask that you keep an eye out for these Core Values in each of us at Pegasus. They are true to us, and we are true to them.

Thank you for your support over the years and we eagerly welcome the future.
