How To Use New Group Meeting Features in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a powerful communication tool freely included in Microsoft 365 subscriptions. Many, many features have been added to Teams in the last few years, making it competitive with Zoom. You may be able to save the cost of your Zoom subscription and get more out of Teams with group meeting features including:

  • Together and Gallery views
  • Custom profile pictures
  • Custom backgrounds
  • Blur background
  • Smooth focus / touch-up appearance
  • Whiteboard
  • Breakout rooms
  • Dial-in telephone number

If you would like to see a demonstration video of these features, watch our YouTube video on Group Meeting Features in Microsoft Teams. In the video, our technician Perry Green shows you how to use Teams like a pro.
