In this edition of Meet the Team, Pegasus Technologies CEO Matthew Tucker sat down with one of our newer team members, Cole Spano, for a fun and insightful conversation. Cole joined the company about six months ago and is already making a strong impression as part of Nate Walker’s Account Management team.
A local at heart, Cole grew up in West Chester and later earned his degree in Business Management from Coastal Carolina University. After spending some time in the restaurant industry, Cole knew he wanted to return to the tech space—and back to Pegasus, where he had previously interned in high school.
“I loved the business culture here,” Cole shared. “Everyone’s been incredibly welcoming, and I’ve been absolutely loving it so far.”
Outside of the office, Cole is also a regular on the Wednesday morning hockey games, where friendly competition occasionally leads to a little trash talk—especially when he outperforms the CEO on the ice. “It’s only fun when you’re in the office that day,” Cole joked. “I like to throw it in your face a little, but I know it comes back around.”
The interview took a lighter turn as Cole tackled fun questions submitted by fellow Pegasus team members. When asked whether he’d rather have Jalen Hurts fix his IT issues or Jason Kelce narrate his daily tasks, Cole chose Jason Kelce—naturally. “Jaylen seems like a great guy, but Jason would just make everything more entertaining.”
Cole also admitted his most embarrassing moments in school typically involved public speaking, describing a familiar high school experience of freezing up during presentations. Safe to say he’s come a long way—he handled a full company video interview without breaking a sweat (well, mostly).

Celebrity impression attempt? A light-hearted stab at Donald Trump that earned him a laugh—and a challenge to get Dan (another team member) to show off his version.
As Matthew wrapped up the session, he thanked Cole for his energy and openness, noting how valuable these interviews are in celebrating the personalities that make Pegasus Technologies a great place to work.
“Thanks for being a great sport,” said Matthew. “You’ve got a strong start here, and we’re excited for everything ahead.”
We’re glad to have Cole on board—and we’re just as glad he’s not actually blindfolded while playing hockey (don’t ask—it came up).
