Matthew Tucker: Meet the employee today! We’re happy to have Richie join us. Hi Richie, how are you doing?

Richie Caserta: Doing good, glad to be here.

Matthew Tucker: Awesome, great. So Richie, you’ve been here for just over three months and I’ve got some big news: you were recently promoted to the Help Desk Team Lead. So, congratulations!

Richie Caserta: Thank you, excited to start it. I know it’s all new, but I’m trying to learn everything and get it going.

Matthew Tucker: Cool, great. So just take a quick second and tell everybody a little bit about yourself.

Richie Caserta: Well, I am fairly new to IT—just a little over two or three years. I started out being interested in movies, and then it kind of branched out into retail and supervising. Eventually, I transitioned into IT through retail, and I’m loving it so far.

Matthew Tucker: Awesome, good! We’re happy to have you here. Now we’re going to get to the fun part, which everybody is tuning in for: questions submitted by your peers here at Pegasus Technologies. These are questions you haven’t seen and I’m looking at for the very first time. You can’t blame me for any of these questions! If you’re upset with any of them, you’ll have to talk to your fellow workers and teammates here at Pegasus.

Matthew Tucker: So, to start right off, we’re going to hit the first one: Do you have any OCD routines that no one else knows about?

Richie Caserta: I don’t think I have too many, but I guess with work here, it’s about talking to clients and making sure the right things are said. I cringe a little when things aren’t said correctly—it annoys me a bit.

Matthew Tucker: Okay, all right, good. What would you be afraid to do in front of a group of your co-workers?

Richie Caserta: I hate karaoke, so I’d say singing. Speeches, too—I’d probably faint doing anything like that. I don’t like being the center of attention.

Matthew Tucker: Good, good. I think I see a karaoke machine showing up at this year’s party!

Matthew Tucker: Who would you choose if you could be friends with any fictional character?

Richie Caserta: I guess Harry Potter.

Matthew Tucker: That’s a good one—pretty handy to have him around!

Richie Caserta: Yeah, if someone’s not doing a good job, he could use his spells.

Matthew Tucker: Excellent. If you could live in any movie or show, which one would it be and why?

Richie Caserta: I’d say Game of Thrones.

Matthew Tucker: That’s a tough one! Hard to survive there.

Richie Caserta: Yeah, but it’s also dramatic and has that medieval time frame, which I really like.

Matthew Tucker: Great choice. What’s your favorite quote?

Richie Caserta: “Do or do not, there is no try.”

Matthew Tucker: That’s a good one—classic Yoda.

Matthew Tucker: If you had to choose one meal to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Richie Caserta: Some good pasta. It’s filling, and you can mix it up a bit.

Matthew Tucker: That’s a solid choice. I’m glad you didn’t say pizza—it’s too common!

Matthew Tucker: What’s invisible that you wish people could see?

Richie Caserta: People’s morals or true intentions.

Matthew Tucker: That’s a good one. I was thinking emotions, but I like your answer.

Matthew Tucker: What’s one fact about you that almost no one knows?

Richie Caserta: I could never get into reading. My mind works in a way where I’m constantly thinking about something else. But I love audiobooks!

Matthew Tucker: Makes sense. Your other senses are probably more active that way.

Matthew Tucker: What’s the best type of cheese?

Richie Caserta: Provolone. Just the straight-up slices for sandwiches.

Matthew Tucker: Good choice.

Matthew Tucker: If you could be anyone at Pegasus Technologies for a day, who would it be?

Richie Caserta: Mr. Tucker.

Matthew Tucker: Me, huh? All right, come on down—I’ll hand over the reins for a day!

Matthew Tucker: Well, Richie, this has been great. Thank you so much for sharing with everyone and letting us get to know you better. Congratulations again on your promotion, and we look forward to working with you for a long time to come.

Richie Caserta: Thank you so much!
