With over 12 years of experience in the MSP (Managed Services Provider) industry, Mindy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role at Pegasus.
Prior to joining Pegasus, Mindy served as the Director of Operations at a prominent MSP in the Western Philadelphia suburbs. There, she successfully managed over $2.5 million in annual recurring services revenue. Her leadership and operational strategies significantly enhanced business efficiencies in areas such as invoicing, contracts, quoting, procurement, and policy development. Her impressive track record includes a promotion to Division Director following the acquisition of her previous company by a larger national firm, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and integrating teams.
Mindy’s commitment to excellence is echoed by Pegasus CEO Matthew D.
